Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered.

Eligibility for Refund

• The product was never delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
• The product is materially different from what was described.

How to Request

Open a support ticket from your dashboard within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
